Okay, first I would like to appologize for posting a question that I see has been posted many times before. That being said, I have read through every post concerning my question, in an attempt to narrow my selection down. The issue I run into is that some of the rods suggested cannot be found on the site anymore. XCC 1063 DR???? XCF 903?????
I would simply like a short list of rods that would work for trolling, both on down rigger as well as herring, hootchie, and super plug trolling. The two I have found that are closest to what I am looking for are CG 90 DR and XCC 934. Any other suggestions before I make a final choice.

Todd, I have a couple of the CG 90 DR rods and they are workhorses. They get all the duty on my boat with guests and they perform well. We've useed them mooching and on the downrigger with no problems.
Thanks, at the price point of the Classic Glass I am going to try one. I see a few being sold by distributors at about half of retail, I know how to tell if it is a second, but should anybody besides the factory be selling seconds?
